The foundation of our family farmhouse is dated 1732. We grow all of our own peppers at 1732 Pepper Company, upholding a nearly 300 year old farming tradition. Our handcrafted sauces are designed for flavor over heat and are made of simple ingredients such as apple cider vinegar, local honey, garlic and sea salt. We also smoke our peppers ourselves with pecan wood. We are still developing our business and hope to be fully commercial and selling soon! Please join our email list for the latest news on 1732.
